Over the weekend we had a special event at Thika Grove Chania on 17th June 2024, with our existing and new clients.

The development and progress that has been taking place at the estate, within a very short time, left many clients impressed. 

With the tarmacking of the slip road from the main road to the gate, and continuing onto the main road of the estate, it truly elevates the standards of the residence. As the tarmacked road offers a modern and sleek finish enhancing the curb appeal of the properties within the estate.

The gate and perimeter wall construction, that’s currently at Phase 2 of the project was a sight to behold as clients were not seeing the blueprint alone but the vision brought to life. 

The residents of the project will get to reside in a secure, and peaceful environment with well laid out amenities and communal spaces that encourage social interactions and help foster relationships between neighbors. 

Some who had completed their payment schedule, proceeded with fencing off their plots, and selecting their architectural designs for their homes.

After witnessing this, most clients rushed to the finance desk to restructure their payment plans and ensure they complete their payments in due time.

They were also able to view the house typologies present that would be constructed in the estate, from the projects desk.

The typologies are designed in line with keeping Thika Grove Chania a gated and controlled development, preventing any type of structure that isn’t confirmed to be developed in the estate.

For clients who will be having their own designs, they were reminded to submit them early enough to confirm if they fall within the agreed terms of the estate.
