The high court in Kiambu dismissed a petition seeking to hold key documentation processes that includes the issuance of title deeds for the Legacy Ridges project jointly undertaken by Finsco Africa and Heri Homes.

This clears a major hurdle for the project, where Finsco Africa as the developer had requested a court order to differentiate between commercial and secession issues.

This was a reprieve to a majority of clients who had invested in the mixed - use development, to expand the commercial sector of the Kiambu region and experience serene living in a breathtaking space.

With this ruling there's renewed hope of fast tracking the key documentation process that had been halted and ensuring all the clients of Legacy ridges have their titles processed.
